9 months ago we started our journey on larger Multifamily Investments, on this asset we have grown revenue from 56-58k per month to now 76-78k with another 60% still to go on rent to market stabilization! We provided value to our Residents by improving the exteriors and making sure the residences services it’s always on point! Still more to go as we continue to implement our Business Plan to renovate 30-40% overall units!

With this numbers continue to grow our valuation will more than likely double by end of year 1!
