Meet Brittany Hubbard❕❕Brittany was born and raised right here in West Plains. With a background in nursing and customer service, she brings understanding, attention to detail, and has pride in everything she does. She joined the team over three years ago and has been a dedicated and dependable asset.
Brittany assists in scheduling closing times, coordinating mail out signings, preparing documents and handles the payoffs. She’s a vital part of the closing process and strives to make them easy as possible. Keep reading for fun facts about her. ⬇️⬇️
1.What is the one thing you cannot resist? “Absolutely anything pumpkin or cowhide.😍”
2.What is your greatest fear? “Not being a good enough rolmodel for my kids. As I would think any momma's fear would be.”
3.Where is your favorite place to be? “This is an easy one! Anywhere with my family.”
4. Where is the best place you’ve traveled to and why? “I'm not a big traveler! However when I was younger I did go to San Antonio. The Alamo is diffenly worth seeing! “
5. What’s the weirdest job you’ve ever had? “I'd have to say being a Phlebotomist. You get to see all kinds of crazy things ! “
6.What would you do (for a career) if you weren’t doing this? “Definitely go back to Phlebotomy ☺️”
7. Biggest office pet peeve? “Umm people talking over someone already speaking or being rude for no reason. “
8. Tell us something that might surprise us about you. “I'm a very simple person and prefer spending time with the ones closest to me.”
9. What do you love most about your job? “I would say getting to meet people coming in from other states and other parts of the world outside of our little community. “
10. If you could learn to do anything, what would it be? “Probably learn another language.”
11. What are 3 words you’d use to describe Wiles Title? “3 words that come to mind would be. Dedication, Customer-focused, Engaging. “
12. If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do? “Definitely by a huge piece of land with a large farmhouse ❤️ I would also put a good portion in savings to make sure my kiddos would be taken care of.”
13. When you have an hour of free-time, how do you pass the time? “An hour of free time dont come around very often when you have a little sidekick! However when I do I spend it talking with my husband or scrolling on my phone. “
14. What is something you learned this year? “As hard as it is to admit it.... patience is definitely a big one. As you never know what is truly going on with the person you are speaking to. “
15. What’s your favorite indoor/outdoor activity? “My favorite indoor activity would have to be binge watching a new show or an old favorite! My favorite outdoor activity would definitely have to be sending time on the water. Rather that be on the river, lake or a pool 🌊”
16. What was your first job? As most young teenagers in our town...... McDonalds. “
17. What advice would you give to a new member of Wiles Title ? “Stick it out! Once the people realize you are trustworthy it makes it easier! “
18. What chore do you absolutely hate doing? “OH! absolutely folding laundry. “
19. What's your greatest achievement? “Without a doubt marrying my highschool sweetheart😍 and growing our little family ❤️ “
20. How do you describe title insurance? “To simply describe it. It is an insurance policy ment to protect home buyers from anything clouding the title. “
