🎂Twelve years ago today, on my birthday, I announced the opening of Parkway Real Estate. This year, that same day marks something else. We're moving out of our physical office and going fully virtual.

It feels right that both start on the same date. A handful of our agents already moved out of the area years ago and never left the firm, so a lot of us have been working virtually for a while now. This isn't a leap, it's catching up to how we already work, and putting that time and overhead back into serving you instead of paying rent on a building.

To be clear, Parkway isn't closing. We're not going anywhere, we're just changing how we show up. Same team. Same agents, same support staff. Same commitment. Just no more office, and one more birthday in the books.
