Life at Washington Commons is not just parties and excursions and Common House meals … it is also community members hard ‘at work’ as we continue settling into our awesome building‼️Be it cleaning our garages, hanging pictures,storing ‘goods’ in our community storage locker or attending the many team meetings we have every month, we enjoy working together as much as we enjoy playing together❗️😋🎉🤗❗️

Sharing in all aspects of the creation of Washington Commons Co-housing Community is both fun AND rewarding … Co-housing is just the best way to live ‼️

“Three Sisters Gardens is a West Sacramento non-profit that uses urban farming to empower at-potential youth, focusing on food sovereignty through indigenous practices like companion planting (corn, beans, squash). They operate multiple farm plots, including one at 5th & C Street, which serves as a hub for skill-sharing, youth programs, and community engagement, providing fresh, organic produce to the community while teaching sustainable agriculture.”
