🚨 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED 🚨

The Sacramento Realtist Association is looking for volunteers for several upcoming community events as we continue to serve, uplift, and give back to our communities.

✨ Upcoming Events:
▪️ Juneteenth Celebration in Elk Grove with Dream Girls Unlimited
▪️ Juneteenth Celebration in Land Park
▪️ Realtist National Restore Day where we will be helping restore the yard of a local family in need

We need volunteers to assist with:
✅ Event Set-Up
✅ Event Take-Down
✅ Two volunteer shifts of your choice during the events

These events are about more than just volunteering they are about community, culture, service, unity, and making a positive impact. Together, we have the opportunity to support families, celebrate our history, and show the power of giving back.

Your time and support would be greatly appreciated as we continue to represent and serve our community with pride and purpose.

Join financing experts Paula J. Harrell and Frank Huck of Columbia Bank, along with Juan Lashley of PrimeLending, as they share practical financing solutions that can help more buyers achieve homeownership.

You will learn about:
• Grants with up to 8% assistance
• Renovation loan programs for VA, FHA, and Conventional financing
• Down payment assistance strategies available across multiple loan products

Whether you work with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, investors, or clients facing affordability challenges, this session will provide valuable tools you can immediately apply.

As we enter the second half of 2026, I find myself reflecting with Gratitude, Humility, and Excitement for what lies ahead.

Serving as President of the Sacramento Realtist Association has been an incredible journey. Over the past several months, I’ve stayed "Focused on our Goals", learned more about our amazing Board of Directors, deepened my understanding of what it truly means to be a Realtist, and strengthened my passion for this organization.

Like any journey, there have been ups and downs, victories and challenges. But one thing remains constant: My Love ♥️💛♥️ and Commitment to the Sacramento Realtist Association. The good will always outweigh the difficult because our Mission is bigger than any obstacle we may face.

As I celebrate 🎉 my Birthday 🎂 , I also celebrate being part of such an amazing organization filled with leaders, professionals, and community advocates who work tirelessly to make a difference.

Cheers 🥂 to all of us as we begin the second half of the year! Let’s continue to work hard, stay focused, support one another, smile often, and most importantly, stay blessed.
