Here’s a great opportunity to save money on your exterior projects in Blaine.
Add some curb appeal to your home with a Front Door Grant. Projects must include beautification of the front of the home, such as landscaping, a new front door, adding brick to the front of the house, or building a covered front porch. Basic exterior work, including siding, driveways, and windows, can also be part of a grant application. Grants provide a reimbursement for 15-25 percent of the project cost and are available for owner occupied homes built prior to 1992 and valued at or below $350,000.
