Congratulations to my first-time homebuyers on getting the keys to this absolutely beautiful property! 🏡🔑 I truly couldn’t have imagined a better home for them!

My clients and I had very similar taste when it came to properties, which made this process so much fun! We didn’t have to look at a ton of homes before finding the one that was truly meant for them. We only lost out on one house along the way, and then this beauty came along—and it was absolutely perfect!

We talked through different possibilities and what they were looking for, including fixer-uppers with land, properties where they could potentially sell off some land and build farther back in the future, and completely move-in-ready homes. We knew what they wanted, and when we walked into this one, it just made sense.
