There's been plenty of progress since the groundbreaking at Canal Bank, a Division of Chemung Canal Trust Company, N.A. designed by Carmina Wood Design!

Structural steel is going up at the new Hamburg Senior Community Center across from the Town Ice Arena.

Designed by Carmina Wood Design for the Township of Hamburg, NY, the approximately 20,000-square-foot facility will feature fitness and activity spaces, classrooms, a cafeteria, and a covered outdoor patio and stage.

Science labs and art rooms play an important role in giving students opportunities to experiment, create and discover their interests.

Resetarits Construction was part of the West Seneca Central School District's Capital Improvement Project, which included improvements to instructional spaces at the district's high school.

Designed by Young + Wright Architectural, the project included specialized educational features to support science instruction, art programs and hands-on learning.

These are the kinds of spaces that students and teachers use every day, and we're glad to have played a part in improving them for the West Seneca school community.

City officials cut the ribbon Monday on the new City Hall at 2838 South Park Avenue, marking a major transition for Lackawanna NY - City Government.

CPL designed the new facility around the former Knights of Columbus building, transforming and expanding the existing structure into an approximately 20,000-square-foot City Hall.

Resetarits Construction completed the renovation and new construction, including a new glass entrance and canopy, completely renovated municipal offices and public spaces, and extensive improvements to the surrounding site.

The result gives an existing Lackawanna building an entirely new purpose while creating a welcoming and functional place for residents to access City services.

Built more than a century ago the building at 885 Niagara Street was known as the Buffalo Milk Company Building. Designed by architect Sidney Woodruff and constructed in early 1903, it became an important facility for the pasteurization and distribution of milk in Buffalo.

After the building sat vacant for more than a decade, Regan Development Corporation undertook its redevelopment, working with HHL Architects and Resetarits Construction to preserve the historic property while creating something new within it.

Resetarits managed the renovation and restoration as the former industrial building was transformed into Niagara Gateway Apartments, with 53 apartments and commercial space.

Throughout the project, attention was given to preserving original brick, windows, stonework and other details that tell the story of the building's past.

Resetarits Construction served as General Contractor for Erie County Sewer District No. 3's new Central Region Collections Facility in Blasdell.

Designed by DiDonato Associates Engineering and Architecture, the project combines approximately 20,000 SF of fleet maintenance space with a 5,000 SF employee facility, creating dedicated space for County personnel, vehicles and equipment.

Resetarits' work included construction of the facility along with utilities, site development, concrete foundations and flatwork, paving, fencing and other site improvements.

Daemen University's Center for Visual & Performing Arts transformed the university's former Marian Library into a $5.4 million facility designed to support the university's growing arts programs.

Working with Carmina Wood Design, Resetarits Construction renovated the building to create studios and classrooms, gallery and lecture space, flexible performance areas, computer labs, faculty offices and other spaces for learning, collaboration and events.

The project incorporated geothermal heating and other green building technologies and achieved LEED Gold certification.

Today, the Center continues to serve Daemen students and the surrounding community more than a decade after its completion.

The Roycroft Power House was built in 1910 to provide heat and electricity to the Roycroft Campus. After a devastating fire in 1997 and years of deterioration and collapse, only about 5% of the original building remained.

Resetarits Construction began the historic reconstruction in 2010, working with Flynn Battaglia Architects to bring the Power House back while preserving as much of the original building as possible.

Original block, brick, terra-cotta roof tile and windows were restored and incorporated where possible, while missing architectural elements were recreated to reflect the historic construction. Boston Valley Terra Cotta reproduced clay roof tiles using molds made from the originals and manufactured terra cotta for the reconstructed chimney.

The result brought new life and function to a building that had nearly been lost while maintaining an important piece of the Roycroft Campus and East Aurora's history.
