CLOSED! 🎉 Best looking house and greenest yard, in the neighboorhood!

It was such a pleasure assisting these clients—both physicians, very humble, provided some free medical consult between showings 😂 , incredibly detail-oriented, and very intentional with every decision. Having bought and sold multiple homes before, they knew exactly what to watch out for and approached everything with care.

Me: “Wow, you guys really made a smart choice—this is such a beautiful home. Well taken care of, I’m impressed”
Clients: “You know why we were able to make smart choices?”
Me: “Ummm… because I’m a smart agent?…”😅🤣🤣
Clients: “Bingo. We wouldn’t have made this decision without your guidance and how much again did we get this for?”
Me: “$$$$”
Clients: “…and the fact that we secured this home at that price in a competitive market… that’s just something else. Thank you—we’ve been telling everyone about you!”

Another one under contract!

I’m beyond excited for my seller — getting this home under contract brings her one step closer to the new chapter she’s been so ready to begin. We secured a good offer, and I’m looking forward to a smooth transaction all the way to closing.

Real estate really is a roller coaster — highs, lows, doubt, faith, repeat. I started questioning myself, wondering if my out-of-state buyers would ever find a home that truly checked their long list of wants and needs. After 7 months of searching… we found a rarity.

And once we did? I did everything in my power to secure it. There was no way I was letting that house slip away.

The house did not make it to the open house; we secured it before. We made the first appointment as soon as they went active. Congratulations to my clients!

✨ Another Open House Success Story! ✨

A couple months ago, I met a couple at an open house — complete strangers. After everyone had already left, we ended up having a long, meaningful conversation about their goals: they wanted to buy a home but first had to list their current one. I offered to run some comps for them, sent it over via email… and then life got busy, and it kinda slipped my mind.

Fast forward a few months, and I received an email from them: they invited me to their home to help figure out what they’d need to do to list it and use the proceeds to buy a bigger home. I went for the consultation, and, during our chat, I asked if they were interviewing other agents. Their response?

“Why would we invite you here if we have another agent? We want to work with you.” 💛

I’m thrilled to share that I got their current home under contract, and we also secured the home they are moving into — both with incredible timing and strategy. Their parents are also buying a home nearby, so from one open house, I’m now working on three deals!

Some say you don’t meet potential clients at open houses. Sure, sometimes you sit there for 2 hours with no one walking through. But more often than not, they can turn into real opportunities.
