Some transactions are smooth as silk and other deals have more obstacles than the 100 meter hurdle which was the case for this sell/buy. But when you finally cross the finish line and your clients are in their new home…there’s a sense of accomplishment (and relief) that you can’t get from a 9-5 job. This one definitely gave me a few more grey hairs and had me questioning my choice in careers. 🤪
If it doesn’t kill ya (or make you an alcoholic) then it definitely makes you a better and stronger agent!
