I'd like to share a little bit more about my style and goal as a Real Estate agent in NE Iowa. I have been around Real Estate in different capacities since the late 90's. I was a property manager in Minnesota and then in 2000 my family moved to West Union, Iowa. I became a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in 2004 and in 2014, I also became a Licensed Realtor. In the Spring of 2023, I op

ened my own Real Estate Company, Koch Real Estate. Having an agent that is also an appraiser is a huge advantage to anyone buying or selling especially in our unique market. My number one goal as a Real Estate Broker is to help people. Buying and selling real estate is the biggest financial transaction that most of us will make in our lifetime, it can be very stressful and confusing at times but it is also very exciting and rewarding. I am not a high pressure agent nor am I selfish. I truly want what is best for my clients. I love Facebook as a way of connecting to people without being intrusive. It is about finding the best properties out there and exposing any of my listings to the most people possible again without being pushy and obnoxious. I was also a professional photographer so my photographs and marketing flyers will be created by me and to my high standards. One last thing is that I am human... I am not perfect and do not have or pretend to have all the answers at my fingertips. I will be honest and tell you if I do not know something but I WILL always find the answers. I will shoot straight and always keep my clients best interests in the forefront.
