I can Now Help You Buy a Home Almost Anywhere in the World!!!
eXp just opened three new markets, and the map I work from got a lot bigger.
The map just got bigger!!!
At eXpcon, this weekend, I sat in the audience and watched three names go up on the stage screen: Switzerland, Abu Dhabi, and Mauritius. Three new markets for eXp Realty, announced out loud, in front of the room.
I have had clients ask me for years about a place abroad. A chalet near the mountains. An apartment in a warmer city. A quiet spot by the water where the pace is slower. For a long time, my honest answer was that I could point them toward it, but I could not walk them all the way there.
That changed when those names went up. Your next address has no borders. I mean that plainly, as a fact about the reach I work inside now, which stretches across more of the world than it did a day ago.
So if you have been holding a quiet dream about a home in another country, this is a good moment to say it out loud to me. I can help you buy anywhere eXp operates, and the list of where that is keeps growing.
Why more markets matters to you
A bigger network changes what I can actually do for the person sitting across from me.
When a company operates in a country, it means there are agents on the ground there, people who know the streets, the paperwork, the rhythm of how a sale gets done in that place. Buying a home abroad is rarely about the house alone. It is about the local rules, the local timing, the person who can answer a question you did not know to ask.
Switzerland, Abu Dhabi, and Mauritius are three very different places. A buyer in each one needs something different. What they share now is that I can connect you into that market through the same company I already work with, instead of sending you off to start from scratch with strangers.
That is the real value of a market opening. It shortens the distance between your dream and someone who can help you act on it. You get to stay with a familiar hand while you step into unfamiliar ground.
If you have been dreaming about it, tell me
Most people who want a home abroad never say it to anyone who can help. They keep it as a someday. They scroll listings late at night and close the tab.
I understand why. Buying across borders feels complicated from the outside, so the dream stays a dream. The first step is smaller than you think. It is a conversation. You tell me the place, the kind of life you are picturing, and roughly what you want to spend. I take it from there.
Switzerland, Abu Dhabi, and Mauritius are new on the list, and the list is longer than those three. If the place you have in mind sits anywhere eXp reaches, I can help you buy it.
My ask is simple. If a home in another country has been sitting in the back of your mind, bring it to the front and say it to me. Dreams get closer the moment you name them to someone who can do something about them.
