UNDER CONTRACT! 🏡🎉

This beautiful J Avenue acreage is officially under contract!

I’m so happy for my sellers as they move one step closer to their next chapter. ❤️ And after all the work that goes into getting an acreage transaction to this point, this one feels especially good!

Thank you to my sellers for trusting me through the process. Now, on to closing! 🔑

Happy National Good Neighbor Day! 🏡❤️

Home is about more than four walls—it’s about the people who make a neighborhood feel like home.

A little kindness can go a long way. ❤️

It finally feels like fall. 🍂

There’s just something about that first crisp day—the cooler air, the changing light, and the feeling that a new season is settling in.

And then there are views like this. 🌳🍁

Imagine waking up to this in the fall… quiet, private, surrounded by trees, with the countryside stretching out in every direction.

Fall in Iowa is pretty special.

🤗 Shameless mom plug! 🤗

My daughter Abby has officially launched her own pet-sitting business, Abby’s Paws & Whiskers! 🐶🐱

While she’s attending vet tech school, she’s offering pet sitting and care for dogs, cats, and other furry friends in the Urbandale/Waukee area. It’s a great way for her to gain even more hands-on experience with animals while doing something she truly loves. ❤️

If you have pets, know someone who does, or just want to support Abby as she starts this new adventure, please check out her new page and give it a follow!

👉 Abby’s Paws & Whiskers

Every follow, share, and recommendation means a lot as she gets this off the ground! 🐾

Abby's Paws & Whiskers

Caring for the pets you love, like family. ❤️

Currently a veterinary technician student, Abby provides personalized, dependable care for cats and dogs -from drop-in visits and walks to vacation and overnight care.
