Call us “old-fashioned,” but we’re seeing more and more agents in Des Moines using AI to automate selling homes. And while we appreciate what technology can do, there are just some things AI should never replace.

Like what happens when you call a business.

An actual person should answer the phone. Not a bot asking you to “listen to the menu options, as they may have changed, so they can direct your call.” 😉
At least, that’s what we think.
