Nobody warns you about this part of buying a house.
It’s not the money that scares most people the most. It’s not knowing what you don’t know. The contract language, the timeline, what an inspection actually covers, what happens if something comes back on it, all of it can feel like a foreign language when you’re going through it for the first time, or even the second.
I’ve sat across from clients who apologized for asking too many questions, like understanding the biggest purchase of their life was somehow an inconvenience to me. It’s not. It’s the whole point.
My job isn’t just finding the house. It’s making sure nothing along the way feels like a mystery to you. If you understand it, you can actually trust it, and if you trust it, you can make the decision with confidence instead of fear.
That’s the real job. Not just closing the deal. Closing the gap between confused and confident.
Real people. Real homes. Real results.
