One of the things I enjoy most about real estate is getting to know the people behind each transaction.

I had the pleasure of helping Kevin and Susan with their home purchase and guiding them through the process along the way. From finding the right home to navigating the details and getting to the closing table, I was grateful to be there to answer their questions and help make the process as smooth as possible.

It was great seeing Kevin and Susan again at our recent Spider-Man event! 🕷️ It’s always nice to reconnect with clients and see them enjoying life in their new home.

Thank you, Kevin and Susan, for trusting me to be part of such an important purchase. I’m grateful I got to help you along the way, and I hope you’re enjoying your new home! 😄

Thinking about buying a home? I’d be happy to help guide you through the process, too. Give me a call at 515-218-9222.

So glad Aaron and Katie were able to close in the home for their next life chapter! ❤️

Congratulations to Katie & Aaron on their new home! 🏡
For three years, Katie and Aaron patiently waited for the opportunity to purchase their dream acreage in Indianola. When the time was right, they partnered with C1st Mortgage Sales Manager Amanda Krenz to make it happen.

With guidance from Amanda, and Jesse Kern w/ Keller William Legacy Group, and the C1st mortgage team, their dream of owning the perfect place for their family is now a reality.

We're grateful to have been part of their journey and can't wait to see the memories they make in their new home. 💙

The fun from our Spider-Man: Brand New Day Movie Event may be over, but the giving didn’t stop there!

Tyler and I recently dropped off the food donations collected at the event to the DMARC Food Pantry Network—and thanks to everyone who brought a donation, we collected an incredible 158.8 pounds of food! 🙌

Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible. Your generosity made our movie event even more meaningful, and we’re so grateful for everyone who participated!

🕷️ Spider-Man brought the fun, and our guests brought the heart. ❤️

Thank you for helping make a difference!
