People think they're paying an agent to sell a house.

Really, they're paying someone to answer the call at 9pm when the nerves kick in. To stay calm when the offer falls through. To listen when the fear of "did I make the right choice" gets loud.

The paperwork is the easy part. The hard part is carrying someone else's stress so they don't have to carry it alone.

That's the job nobody puts in the listing description.
