I have always lived in the Des Moines area and know the community and its values well. After graduating from Des Moines Area Community College , I went on to graduate from Iowa State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication. I then decided to get into the real estate industry and received my real estate license in Feb. 2015. Over the last 8+ years, I have had the opportun

In my roles working as both an agent as part of a team, as well as a solo agent, I have learned how to provide value to the clients I represent, and how to build relationships with buyers and sellers, putting their needs first. I have always enjoyed teaching, coaching and helping people. I am always trying to improve my skills and give the customer a better home buying or selling experience with each new client. I have excellent communication skills, and having a timely response to leads, clients, vendors, and other agents has always been very important to me. I have always been very task oriented and love working in a fast paced environment. No matter what I am working on, I always try to be a team player. Putting the needs of my client before my own. I have also had the opportunity to work for and represent a new construction/ custom home builder here in DSM area. I have skills in high level problem-solving, and I remain calm and clear-headed in difficult and complicated situations, managing the situation effectively. I directly increased my real estate sales by creating various marketing, advertising and prospecting lead generation campaigns: in person, over the phone, cold calling, print media, social media content, paid social media/ online advertising, direct mail, publication design, etc. I have learned the ability to de-escalate conflicting situations between multiple parties, helping to create win-win situations for all involved. I am comfortable in teaching/ coaching situations and I enjoy helping others, always putting their needs first. Also, I work well both independently as well as a member of a team with strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. I have a ​background in communications, marketing, advertising, sales, transaction and people management. Working as a communications/ marketing specialist, as well as a licensed real estate agent, I have directly had the opportunity to personally work with 221 real estate clients. I have grown a customer base through implementing direct personal brand marketing, advertising and lead generation efforts that have led to new, repeat, and referral business growth. I have direct experience with efficient transaction management, customer relationship management, and customer service, with people of all ages and backgrounds.
