After graduating from Des Moines Area Community College , I went on to graduate from Iowa State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication. In my roles working as both an agent as part of a team, as well as a solo agent, I have learned how to provide value to the clients I represent, and how to build relationships with buyers and sellers, putting their needs first. I have always enjoyed teaching, coaching and helping people. I am always trying to improve my skills and give the customer a better home buying or selling experience with each new client. I directly increased my real estate sales by creating various marketing, advertising and prospecting lead generation campaigns: in person, over the phone, cold calling, print media, social media content, paid social media/ online advertising, direct mail, publication design, etc. I have learned the ability to de-escalate conflicting situations between multiple parties, helping to create win-win situations for all involved. I am comfortable in teaching/ coaching situations and I enjoy helping others, always putting their needs first. Also, I work well both independently as well as a member of a team with strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. I have a background in communications, marketing, advertising, sales, transaction and people management.
