As an active member of the community, I belong to the Des Moines Area Association of Realtors, Ankeny Chamber of Commerce, Our Lady's Immaculate Heart Church and the Ankeny YMCA. I worked as a paralegal secretary for 8 years before pursuing my real estate career. I have been actively involved in my husband's construction business called Energy Solutions of America, Inc. which provides a product to the attic to cut heating and cooling costs in homes. Married to Dennis, I have two children; Jamie who was a 2002 graduate of Ankeny High School and graduated from Iowa State University. She is currently employed in our family business and has a son, Curtis who is 8. Nicky who was a 2005 Ankeny graduate also graduated from Iowa State University and is currently residing in Whiting, Iowa with her husband, Jason, and their two daughters, Jacey and Madelyn. We have resided in Ankeny since 1991.
