We just had a great class with Neighborhood Finance Corporation. NFC provides unique lending programs and other services to facilitate neighborhood revitalization in Polk County and Cedar Rapids. These programs include finance assistance programs, renovation plans, refinance loans, exterior repair, energy advantage plans and even a 30k downpayment program for those that qualify.

A and J were moving to Iowa from Coloardo Springs to be closer to family, for a new job for J, and to enjoy all Iowa has to offer! They connected with a Quad Cities agent, Amanda Lynn Hodge, who referred them to Nora to work in the Des Moines area.

Since A and J weren't in Iowa, Nora was able to do all showings via Zoom. They found the perfect home in Adel, close to the community center and pool, and also close to land where they can use their four wheelers and dirt bikes.
