An ALT Design original has hit the market! 🏡 From conceptual to construction drawings we brought this design to life! Once the site of a Better Homes and Gardens Show Home, it was under too much despair to renovate, we had to demo. Paying homage to the original tudor style design in its South of Grand neighborhood, we loved watching the new shape of this modern brick tudor construct. Square footage was added as we expanded up with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths inside 2,850 livable square feet. 🕺

Some of our favorite features? The kitchen of course! The island and hood designs competing for first place. We love the primary ensuite’s fabulous shower. We love the entire lighting package throughout the house.
