DSM Rental is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for taking care of our residential communities and the homes our residents live in.

-Starting pay at $20 or higher depending on experience
-We offer quarterly bonuses as well as a Christmas Bonus
-40 hours per week INCLUDING daily pay for each day on call
-Potential to make lots of overtime especially in the winter months
-Gas reimbursement on each paycheck

What we are looking for:
- Knowledge and minimal experience repairing plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, building exteriors, and appliances.
-Strong focus on resident satisfaction.
-Thoroughness, attention to detail, and drive for results.
-Ability to be on-call and work nights and weekends in case of emergencies.
-Complete a wide variety residential service requests
-Must have a Valid Driver's License

I want to congratulate our Fall Raffle winners who moved in November! At Alice Patricia Apartments in Waukee we have Kelly Mccurdy who received a $150 gift card to Walmart! At Sterling Pointe Apartments in Johnston we have Pavan Kumar and Sheetal Pathak who received a 65 Inch Samsung TV!! WOW! And at Carman Estates Apartments on the South Side we have Martine Vansice who received an awesome Dyson motorhead vacuum! These are all great gifts and they deserved it! I hope you all enjoy them.
