The last couple months of 2023 have been so special!!! Starting with Paige and Evan back at the beginning of November buying their first house! This was a special one, I’ve known Paige and Evan for so long. I grew up babysitting Paige and her sister and cousins and my little brother played baseball with Evan growing up!! So so cool 🥹🙌🏻🥳🤩. So excited for you two!!! Hope you’ve been settling in and loving your place. All of us couldn’t agree more, it was so fun working with you guys! Congrats again!!!

😍🥐☕️ with friend . St Kilda’s location 😚*chefs kiss*. From breakfast, brunch and pastries to delicious lunch or dinner - you can find something for everyone here at anytime!

I love running in to grab a honey latte or sitting in the front with a friend over coffee and pastries or coming in for a sit down meal in the back. Atmosphere is airy, upscale industrial and spacious. Wonderful service and happy hour as well!!

😍🐝☕️🥓🥞 soooo good.

Went with a friends and the kids for the first time! Had the honey bee latte as recommended - amazing!! Really good espresso flavor, perfect amount of honey and the cutest stenciling on top 😋. I had the west coast omelette, with potatoes and English muffin and I was stuffed by the end. Everything was yummy!! Also sampled the homeade pop tarts - which are a real pastry crust and the coffee cake. Please trust me, you need to get both when you go so being friends!! They were amazing!

Located right off Ingersoll heading east in downtown! I will for sure be back with

in Valley Junction 🫶🏼🔥📚☕️ book store AND coffee shop, we are in love to say the least !!

Hans and I checked them out the other week. The building and space is so bright, well organized and FUN. With small tables and cushioned stools to sit around while you sip coffee or start your newest read. The books are well spread out and organized, I can’t wait to go back and spend hours there!

The coffee was also soooo good, great espresso and deliciously made. I can’t wait to go back and try their other drinks!

Such an amazing addition to Valley Junction! Be sure to stop by this weekend and tell them your & say hi. 🤗

😍🍊🇲🇽🌮🍹 in the East Village off Grand Ave!

Cara and I went for the mocktail margaritas and chips and salsa after work - SO good. I had the blackberry and Cara had the peach. The atmosphere is so fun with an outdoor patio space and indoor wood floors and cool decor. I can’t wait to go back and try the food!!

They have happy hour M-F 3-7pm and have everything from drinks, appetizers, tacos, and tortas! Have you been?! What is your favorite thing at Coa?
