For many years, Greg was a trainer with the Iowa Association of Realtors. He has taught hundreds of students the information needed to pass the state licensing exam, in addition to the mandatory classes to maintain active licensure. As a licensed sales agent (since 1995) with years of service, Greg brings a wealth of knowledge and life experience to this position. A Waukee native, he has extensive community ties and encourages this relationship building in all his classes. Over the years, Greg has earned many of the most prestigious Realtor designations, including the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), awarded to less then 4% of all sales associates in the US. Greg is an advocate for learning and strongly encourages all agents to continue to pursue learning to better assist and consult their clients. Greg currently serves as the Director of Education for Coldwell Banker Mid-America Group REALTORS in West Des Moines, Iowa and holds a Broker-Associate real estate license in Iowa. Greg works intensely with Buyer and Sellers to accomplish their housing needs and goals. With years of proven market results, Greg has strong negotiation skills and assists Buyers in obtaining the best price and terms when buying and helping to protect Seller equity when selling. He has strong skills in working with all parties of the transaction to find and reach the Win/ Win result. Everyone likes to win, but what can be EVEN more powerful, is the FEAR of losing. Greg's negotiation skills focus on the common elements and work to minimize the areas of disagreement.
