SOLD OVER ASKING! We all know that anyone can sell a home over asking when it's priced $200,000 below what it's WORTH. So what's the point in advertising it?

This week, Daniel and Katie chat about the dangers associated with severely underpricing a home. Not only does it cause confusion for consumers, it brings an unnecessary amount of unqualified showings through a seller's home and cheapens our industry as a whole. They also chat about what we can do to start changing this practice - both in the short and long term.
