This house was the absolute dream home for our buyers and after positioning ourselves as the back up offer, weeks later we were called and told that the house is theirs! Such happy news for this family especially as we head into the holiday season ☺️

Getting an offer accepted in this market is certainly not something to take lightly. With so much competition and such little inventory, we're definitely in one of the strongest "seller's markets" in recent history. Although this is great news for sellers, this sometimes makes things a bit tougher for buyers...

Luckily, with a little determination and strategy, getting an offer accepted on a property is certainly not impossible. Because of this, it's such a refreshing and rewarding feeling when we get to break the good news to our buyers!

Steps down to your own private beach? Um... yes please!

There are a few things that really warm my heart- and lake homes are definitely one of them. Showing this waterfront home in East Brookfield, MA was such a wonderful treat. Situated on the fully recreational Quaboag Pond, this home has something to offer for everyone.
