TWO closings! Double the gratitude!

Two wonderful clients — one seller and one buyer.

Almost all of my business now comes from repeat clients and referrals, and for that I am incredibly grateful. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will make, so when a past client confidently refers a family member or friend to me, it means they trust that I will take care of them with the same dedication, honesty, communication and attention I gave them.

These two transactions were a perfect example. My seller was a repeat client who has trusted me through multiple transactions over the years. My buyer was a friend of my seller and came to me through her referral.

There is no greater compliment than a client coming back to work with me again — and then trusting me enough to send someone they care about my way.

Some storied need to be told! I met J&R in 2022 and helped them buy their first home in the US in 2023. We kept in touch, our friendship and association grew and they referred my name out to several of their friends looking to buy homes. Last week I helped them buy their second home - a beautiful place I know they will enjoy and cherish for many years to come. Hard work definitely pays off! Another strong testament to the fact that a well priced and well presented home is ALWAYS in demand no matter the market dynamics. The market is recalibrating and buyers are being more intentional with their choices. Pricing correctly gets buyers through the door while a well presented home makes them want to write an offer.
