• Verify ownership of rentals. Check companies’ websites and call phone numbers to corroborate authenticity. Even stop by their office if an address is listed. 📲

• When possible, meet landlord/property manager in person. Do not rent unless you’ve verified a trusted source.

• Beware of red flags which may include low rent, claims of urgency, request for payment before you have seen the rental. 🚩
