Hi Everyone,

I recently posted a house for sale located in Amityville. After a week we had an accepted offer over list price. There are a lot of families from Queens, Brooklyn and NYC that are trying to move to Long Island.

During the shut down they realized more space was needed and now most of them still work from home and no longer need to travel to the city for work.
