New Listing! 25.43 acres of hunting oasis between C**n Valley and La Crosse. Timber in the background is the property and all of these deer regularly come out of it. I kicked up many while walking it yesterday to map the trails...what?....trails?? Over a half mile of trails (to be mowed in a few days).

Closings are exciting, no doubt about it. Wrapped up a transaction this week that was special because it was a repeat client. Nothing speaks louder than a client coming back to you to help them purchase again. I'm humbled by the trust they put in me and those I team with CTM Transaction Services, CO.

Good morning everyone. I was looking at some stats while listening to a real estate market prediction podcast. Interesting news out there.

The Fed has another rate hike coming, but it's expected so probably won't effect rates much.
Prognosticators are thinking rates will drop next year but not to pre COVID levels.
Local land stats - the number of active listings has stayed the same since August but in November new listings spiked to the highest level of the year.
The sold to list ratio, what the property sold for versus the list price, is at one of the lowest points of the year.
Median Days on Market is at one of it's lowest points of the year is 11 days. Moral of the story - don't think about it too long!
