with a heated floor. The unique living space is 2,700 sq. and is as if a log cabin had been placed within a modern home. This fully equipped, unique house has a completely stocked kitchen, including a Keurig DUO coffee maker and a complimentary “coffee station”. For the ice cream lover, there is even an electric ice cream maker! Off the kitchen is the dining area, complete with a farm table, seating up to 8 people. The dining room continues into the conversation area and living room. This is where you will find a SMART 65-inch HDTV and ROKU Streambar... It makes a very comfortable gathering spot! There is also a large family room, which also offers a 65-inch HDTV, ROKU Streambar, and 2 pull out ottomans … Another gathering spot, if more “space” is desired. The front deck is partially covered and faces the foothills of the Pikes Peak National Forest. The large back deck includes an outdoor table & chairs, chaise lounges, and is a private space for congregating. While enjoying Cowboys & Angels Ranch, be sure to take a short “hike” or “ride” on the rustic, hidden, on-site trails, which were created in order to be able to take a short break, and enjoy the serenity of pine trees, wildflowers, and colorful cactus.
