BACKGROUND
The Westerly Housing Authority is requesting proposals for necessary snowplowing services for the winter season 2021 to 2022 (1-year).

SCOPE OF SERVICES
The successful contractor will be required to provide snowplowing services to our two property sites: Park View Apartments, 9 Dixon Street and Chestnut Court Apartments, 5 Chestnut Street, Westerly, RI 02891.

The Westerly Housing Authority is requesting proposals for professional services necessary to prepare specifications and blueprints for completion of renovations and improvements under HUD’s Capital Improvements.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
FURNISH AND INSALL SURVEILLANCE CAMERA SYSTEM. INSTALL NUMBER OF REQUIRED CHANNEL SYSTEMS AND CAMERAS IN DESIGNATED LOCATIONS AT TWO PROPERTIES. SET-UP ALL OFFICE COMPUTERS AND NETWORKING. INSTALLATION INCLUDES PIPING, WIRING AS NEEDED AND LABOR.
