Forgot a trash bag for your beach cleanup? Don’t worry — apparently the ocean has plenty of balloons floating around for everyone 🙃

We found NINE balloons on our little beach walk yesterday and used them as bags to carry out even more trash… so technically they weren’t single-use anymore 😂♻️🎈

The ocean is home to soooo many, and we are constantly seeing animals getting rescued by after being caught up in garbage floating in our area. So, just a little reminder for all of us to do our part, clean up what we bring in, and help to keep the ocean clean for the seals, the fish, and all of us salty New England beach people 🌊🫶

188A Danielson Pike, Foster RI is officially SOLD 🔑🏡

Huge congratulations to Lucas on becoming a homeowner!!! This one took a lot of patience, persistence, and a loooong underwriting process using RI Housing grant funds — but getting to the closing table to buy a home with less than $5k out of pocket -made it worth the wait.

This property is such a cool fit for him too. Not only does he now OWN his own home- freshly renovated, cherry floors, perfect layout- but now he also has a massive shop! 47% of the square footage is in the shop to be exact 😂 and we only know that because the underwriting of RI Housing tried to deny his app based on the shop being bigger than the house- but Jake was on it, and after some careful reading found that they had accidentally flipped the numbers around 😏 the shop was only SLIGHTLY less square footage than the house, which made it still qualify for grant funds (thank you Jake for figuring that out and for fighting for Lucas!!)

Ultimately giving Lucas exactly what he was looking for! Everyone has a different list of wants/needs, and on Lucas’ list was a space for a workshop or garage, and that’s exactly what he got✅

Homeownership is hard. Saving is hard. The process can be stressful. But hard things are usually the things most worth doing. Proud of you, Lucas 👏 you really stuck it out, and it was SO worth the wait!

Take a look at these new homeowners!!! 🔑✨

We are so excited for these two, and so grateful they trusted us to help guide them through the process of buying their first home. This house was so loved over the years, and now its getting the perfect new owners to breathe some life back into it and call it their own🥹

And the location is perfection! A dreamy view right outside the front door, and some very cool neighbors too 🦅🦢🦆 (ok we don’t have a blue heron emoji 😂)

Over the winter, I had the privilege of helping my grandparents prepare to sell their home here in CT that they have owned for 20+ years to move down south.. Only to be sold to the best new owners- my sister and her family!😍
I am BEYOND excited for them to step into this new chapter of homeownership, and really make this place their own! (And Vinny gets his very own yard🐾!)
I have so many wonderful memories getting dropped off by the bus here after school, and spending time with my grandparents, and playing outside on the big rock, it’s sooo special to see it stay in the family🥹 congrats fam, you are home🏠

19 Lathrop is officially closed! Passed from one first time buyer to the next!
Thank you for trusting us to handle the process of selling your first home, it’s really so bittersweet when it’s full of so many firsts and memories. We’re so happy that this home will continue to be filled with love and a whole new round of firsts🥹

And the best part of this - with strategic marketing (aka Jake falling repeatedly up the stairs) and competitive pricing, we were able to get this home under contract in just 4 days, 40k over the asking price!

Jeff & Grace are officially home in Moosup, CT, and we’re so excited for them!

We met at an open house back in January and quickly got to work finding them a place, while helping to navigate a multi-step move, with 4 back-to-back closings (their buyer needed to sell in order to purchase the NH home… then that new buyer needed to also sell in order to purchase! It was a 4 house domino effect across state lines- Hubbard mania) Lots of moving pieces🤪

Working together with their realtor in NH we were able to secure this brand new build in CT, that checked their boxes, aligned with the 3 other closings, and made the whole transition seamless! And talk about a gorgeous new home to make memories in with their family!
