Exciting news...Grove Yoga is back!! Tamera Edwards (of Synergy Wellness) is breathing life right back into her!!

Starting January first, Grove Yoga will be offering private & semi-private restorative yoga experiences. These custom sessions will be reiki infused, to take gentle care of your nervous system and empower your whole being. Suitable for beginners, power yogis who need a break, and those who haven't been to a class for a while due to injury or mobility restrictions. Tamera is an Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master, and has been guiding yoga classes since 2001. She has taken breaks from studio practice due to a challenging health condition which led her to the realm of Yin and Restorative yoga, where she found a way back to physical well being through learning to slow down and honor her body's unique needs, including energy work. Available on Thursdays & Saturdays by appointment. Please do not hesitate to call with any questions (860 245 1313)! Pricing is as follows: Private (one person) 95 . Semi-private- 110 total for 2 people, 125 for 3, 140 for 4. The initial meeting will be approximately 75 minutes to include consult time, and subsequent sessions can be 60 minutes & will be offered a $10 discount if scheduled within 60 days.

We have room for one more!! Seeking someone in the health and wellness field who would like exclusive usage of beautiful space at 19 Grove Ave. Fully furnished, but you can certainly provide your own. Central air, offstreet parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, all is included. Plus, you would be a member of an amazing team of healers who cross refer and provide supports to each other. It really is the most amazing group of humans all assembled under one roof.
For someone seeking shared space, we do have an alternate treatment room open 3 days per week.

Barbara (Closer to Source: 401 808 9579) offers healing through intuitive readings as well as energy balancing and clearing through Reiki techniques.
Julianne (Seascape Reflexology: 860 463 5576) is a reflexologist, providing an integrative health approach enhances circulation, promotes stress reduction and relaxation, and assists the body in achieving optimal functionality.
Suann (Suann’s Myotherapy: 401 741 3893) is a licensed massage therapist, with a special focus on myofacial techniques.
Serena (Nautical Nutrition: 860 934 4926) is a dietician with areas of focus including diabetes, cancer nutrition, food allergies, mitochondrial health, autoimmune disease, endometriosis, nutrigenomics, and others.
Caroline (Skin: 401 207 4579) is a gifted esthetician who provides red light therapy, facials, microdermabrasion, and other treatments.
Chakra Spa (401 388 0777) is also at Grove, and offers amethyst and jade biomat treatments and infrared sauna treatments to help heal and relax those who come to us.
Opportunities exist for bridal showers, bachelorette parties, mother-daughter dates, family sessions, and so on. Many other on site providers can be a part of these experiences as well; just let us know how we can help you ✨
