I am a full-time and full service Realtor and Appraiser that takes my clients and my career very seriously.

I grew up in Riverside and currently live in La Grange Park with my wife and two boys. Matt Nieman promises energy, integrity, hard work and creative service in all of his real estate transactions and feels passionate about the needs and goals of his clients. As a lifetime resident of the Riverside/Brookfield area, Matt not only knows the community, schools, and recreational amenities, but gladly

shares this knowledge with couples and families looking to build their foundations in the western suburbs. Matt has a unique perspective on real estate as he is also a licensed real estate appraiser. This career has trained him to have a keen eye for layout and floor plans in addition to an in-depth knowledge of home values. Matt graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Recreation, Sports and Tourism. From his very first job as a paper boy to summers as a camp counselor through high school, and on to career and volunteer opportunities in Special Education and Personal Training, he has always found great value in establishing himself as a hands-on, integral member of his neighborhood. It is this passion for community that paved the path for a career in real estate and appraising. Like a true family man, in his spare time Matt enjoys working out, teaching his two sons about Chicago sports, and cooking or trying the latest restaurants with his wife. He looks forward to raising his own family in the town and among the clients he serves.
