A dead car battery this morning (!) gave me this moment of grace and I had to stop and breathe it in. Jill drove us both to the farmers' market and I got to walk home 2 miles at 8am in this stunning weather, through one of my favorite parks close to home.

It's not lost on me what a treat/privilege it is to have the life and job flexibility to have this time for me and my earbuds and my thoughts. Feelin' happy & grateful. Hope you find this moment today for you.
