Being a good real estate agent (in Columbus, OH) is more than simply knowing the market or understanding contracts.
A lot of it comes down to paying attention to what a client needs in the moment - knowing when to explain something further in depth, slow the process down, or actually take the lead so they don’t have to carry all of the heavy weight.
Real estate gets personal very quickly because the numbers are big and the decisions affect real life. That’s why good representation should feel steady, thoughtful, and specific to you.
Sometimes that means negotiating harder, but sometimes it means taking a step back and being willing to say that a house, offer, or timeline may not be the right fit. The best advice isn’t always the advice that keeps a deal moving.
A lot of that work never makes it into the closing photo, but it can completely change how someone feels about the experience - that’s the kind of work I want to be known for.
If you’re planning a move in Columbus or a surrounding suburb (Dublin, Powell, Worthington, Upper Arlington + beyond) and want someone who will truly be in the process WITH you and not just pushing you through to the finish line - send me a message.
I’m Reganne! Your Columbus / Dublin local + real estate agent. 😊👋🏼
