Rent prices are on the rise 📈, but is your income keeping up?

Here in Columbus we have seen a 3.7% rent increase from Jan 24 to Sept 24. We are now ranking as one of the highest rental markets in the US which depending on how you look at is is a good and a bad thing. The good is we have a positive economy and are experiencing massive growth. The con, is just that. We will experience inflation in multiple ways that can affect those that do currently live here.

It was an absolute honor helping Anna sell her home!
Anna came across my FB profile from a popular local group & sent me a message about making a move. I didn’t think it would be too hard to get it sold. We had some fun with color matching paint to the ceiling & had tons of people in there during our open houses. After multiple offers, we accepted one! To our surprise, we got thrown a curveball and would have to restart the process again, but with a different buyer. Anna stuck with me and just a few days later than expected, we got it done! ☑️
