Carly Kauppila Real Estate Agent

Carly is Ohioan at heart, with deep roots shaped during her time at The Ohio State University, where she discovered a genuine passion for helping others and enhancing the spaces they call home. She went on to spend several years immersed in the world of home renovation—overseeing projects, collaborating with homeowners, and developing a comprehensive understanding of both the emotional and practical aspects of real estate. After selling her first two homes and encountering less-than-ideal experiences, Carly was inspired to pursue her real estate license with a clear purpose: to elevate the client experience through integrity, transparency, and an unwavering work ethic. Outside of her professional life, Carly enjoys traveling, discovering new places, and spending meaningful time with her fiancé, Walter, and their two Goldendoodles, Baxter and Bo. In real estate, Carly truly embodies the “real” in Real Estate. She is known for her in-depth market knowledge, strategic negotiation skills, forward-thinking approach, and dedication to delivering exceptional service. Carly not only presents opportunities but also provides thoughtful guidance to help clients confidently choose the path that best aligns with their goals. Whether you are purchasing your first home or pursuing your next investment, Carly is devoted to making the process seamless and rewarding—working tirelessly to ensure your satisfaction every step of the way.
