🙄Winning Buyer said after Peace of Inspection: “It looks a lot different in daylight” and offered WAY less.
-👎Seller said: “No, thank you. We’ll move on.”
😥Seller passed away
👨‍⚖️Condo sale had to move to Probate Court.
😬Got back in contract with same Buyer but for MORE than list price.
💰Buyer flaked out again days before closing. Estate got the E$!
🎉July 2025: Got back in contract with reputable Agent/Buyer.

LOTS of stress and hard work for a $150,000 sale BUT… I truly enjoyed being the central OH expert that got to know the Sellers’ sweet family from various parts of the country.
