Maintenance man needed for single family homes (Columbus OH)
Compensation will be based on experience and ability

We have an immediate openings for a maintenance man to work on single family homes.
We are looking for 3 individuals to perform general maintenance such as Minor drywall repairs, and light electrical, plumbing and some carpentry trim and some framing we also need cleaning personnel and laborers and painters( interior and exterior)
To qualify you must have:
* A minimum of 1 year experience.
* Be familiar with single family home repair work.
* Be dependable, reliable and be willing to learn.
* Have your own transportation -- Preferable a Work Van.
* Have your own hand tools.
This person must be able to perform general maintenance on single family homes for move ins (turns) and general maintenance in occupied homes.
This is a full-time position.
