Concurrent to working with Four Seasons Land Company, Ron's development company has coordinated the acquisition, development, marketing, and sales of more than 4,000 acres of residential, agricultural, and commercial properties comprising hundreds of parcels. Ron’s specialization is working with buyers and sellers in the resolution of land use problems such as zoning, utility, access, title, and other entitlement issues. Ron also partners with land owners in developing their properties. Ron received his Bachelor of Science degree from the Ohio State University with an emphasis in agricultural economics and soil and water conservation engineering. In 2002, Ron received his Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance at the University of Dayton. Ron was granted a lifetime honorary membership in the Licking Land Trust for his donation of land to the trust in 1997. Ron has received the $10 Million in brokerage sales award from the Columbus Board of Realtors. Ron’s varied real estate experience and familiarity with the Central Ohio market enables him to assist clients with site searches, site plan development, site disposition, and lease negotiations.
