My friend and I were out bright and early delivering donuts and coffee to everyone participating in our community garage sale. It was such a pleasure meeting so many new neighbors and seeing our community come together.

This year we had over 40 homes participating, making it one of our biggest garage sales yet! Thank you to everyone who joined in, shopped, and helped make it such a fun and successful event.

One of the bittersweet parts of real estate is watching great neighbors move on to their next chapter.

Our next-door neighbors—and dear friends—are building their dream home. While we’ll definitely miss having them right next door, we’re so grateful they’ll only be moving down the street, so we still get to call them neighbors!

This week, I also had the privilege of helping our mutual friend purchase their home. Knowing this house will be filled with another wonderful family we already know and care about makes this transition even more special. It’s truly a win-win for everyone.

Moments like these are a reminder that real estate is about so much more than buying and selling homes. It’s about helping people take the next step in their lives while strengthening the friendships and connections that make a community so special.
