2022 started my 5th year in Real Estate. The year started off great with a property outside Cleveland and then had one in Dayton. After this a person from Illinois reached out to me to sell their condo because the previous year I helped a buyer across the street. I finished the year strong representing both sides as well selling one in London and New Albany. I reached the million dollar mark for the second straight year and am working on another property that’ll close in January.

Overall, I’m glad I took the leap to get my license as an Agent and most of all I love helping people. The smile on their faces when they get the keys to their dream home or the glow on their face when they see the money I’ve saved them at the closing table.
