I’ve been going back to the high school that I graduated from to mentor students a few times a week, and I’ve got to say - the young people need our support more than ever. Some are the victims of a very dysfunctional household and upbringing. Our job is to provide hope, uplift, and at times redirect those young people who‘ve resorted to poor coping mechanisms. Remember to spread the message that no one can change what’s happened in their past or whose hurt them; but that they have the self-control and ability to strive for good things in their lives starting today.

If a person is thinking about listing their home the first thing they should do is run🏃 to find a good real estate agent who knows what they’re talking about🗣💡I give my clients a comparative market analysis, which is free to them by the way, and it gives those owners a value estimate of their house, which will then determine the most competitive listing price

When I see a house that’s listed ‘for sale by owner’ it’s usually under priced or severely overly priced🤕

See I pull actual data📈 from the other houses in their area that have either sold recently or are currently on the market. & that is the information that is more easily available to real estate agents.

Even if you aren’t sure if you want to sell right now, just go get a comparative market analysis done. It wouldn’t hurt to just know what your house is valued at. Who knows if the timing⏱ feels right and the market is good you just might feel compelled to sell. ☺️😄
