Some homes sell quickly. Others ask everyone involved to trust the process.

This one was the second kind. ❤️

When we first listed this two-family home, we knew it had something special to offer. It wasn’t just an investment property. It was an opportunity for the right buyer to build wealth by living in one unit while letting the other help offset the mortgage.

The challenge wasn’t finding a buyer. It was finding the right buyer.
