A fun memory behind the you read above: this listing was being sold as an estate, so you can imagine, needed a full clean out. The seller wanted me to sell the property “as is”, but I knew we’d get higher offers if the house looked properly cleaned out. So rather than hire a junk removal company, I enlisted the help of my colleague and work-wife and we WORKED! A entire day of pulling drapes, drilling, moving furniture… and lots of laughs 😊 Find yourself a work bestie who will quite literally share blood 🩸, sweat 💦, and tears 😂 (happy ones 😁) with you!
