I recently spoke to a new client that was ready to look for a new home but had no idea what they can afford!

After checking their credit they realized there were some bills in collections and that their credit card debt was too high. They are working on clearing up these issues so they can move forward to finding their dream home but now with the confidence that they are shopping in the right budget and will have an easy close.

Your credit score will impact what type of loan you can get approved for, how much you have to put down, the interest rate you'll lock in your mortgage at and how much house you can afford to purchase based on your debt to income ratio.

After learning your current credit score, you can make a plan to increase that number and / or pay down debt that is contributing to that score.

Bonus Tip: Set yourself up with an account like EXPERIAN to protect your credit score and keep close tabs on where it's at! ⁣⁣⁣

✨A little personal note💫

Last spring my tribe and I went to Sedona to reset and re-energize.  At that moment I didn’t even realize what the road ahead would be and how rocky it will get. 


Scaling the red rock forces you to be in your body and out of your head. Forces you to be present, which is something I struggle with, as many of us do.  Even there, the vortex energy couldn’t ground me, I was still buzzing (as pointed out by my soul sisters)  

Many moons later I finally got to reflect on that trip.  Scaling smooth rock with nothing to grab on to, just trying to find a little ridge to nudge into.  Going down on your butt because there is no other choice but to surrender and slide down.  Isn’t that just like life?  Step by step we go up and down and we learn and grow. 

Looking forward to returning back to Sedona soon with a new outlook on life and eyes wide open. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
