• Window for egress
• Fixed heating system – no plug-in heaters
• Ceiling height of 7 ft or more
• Minimum size is 70 sq ft
• Access must be from a hallway or common space • Above grade from the front door.
• Closet? – it depends....

So happy for my client on his very first home purchase! It was a long process for us during this crazy market but we kept fighting and in the end, this was the perfect house!! Great article, especially for those either looking to buy a home today or for those who are thinking about waiting until after this market slows down. With the rates still low and this article saying that the prices aren’t going to decrease, TODAY is exactly the time to buy!

Buyers may be showing concern that the market is overheating. But economists say this isn’t 2006, despite the skyrocketing prices.
