I love selling homes! Especially in my own neighborhood, Viking Meadows. The location is convenient with quick access to US 31. We have direct access to The Monon Trail where you can ride your bike, walk or run to restaurants, farmers markets in Westfield & Carmel, shopping, visit festivals, go to the nature center at Cool Creek Park, or just stroll along the walking trails in Viking Meadows. The amenities are fantastic with a huge clubhouse, indoor multipurpose gym, exercise room, game room, conference room, pool, tennis playground and neighborhood Monarch Gardens for our pollinator friends.
We have raised our 3 daughters in Westfield with all 3 going to Westfield Schools from K-12 starting at Washington Woods Elementary to Oak Trace Elementary all the way to graduation at WHS that prepared them for their next big steps at college and beyond. All of our girls swam, which is a very difficult sport with grueling schedules, but they still found a way to balance sports, school and having fun. As a 30 year resident of Westfield, it’s no mystery why our community continues to grow and attract people to live here. It’s the full package.
