I know it’s been a while since I posted last. Even with the state of the world right now everyone is trying to stay safe at home. While the real estate market is still moving it’s definitely slowed down. Many are wondering what to do and what’s going to happen when this is all over. This article confirms my thoughts that when it’s safe the market is going to continue to thrive and to be honest I see a lot of people who lived in NYC, with children, are going to want to move out to the suburbs.
